The Indian School Certificate (ISC) Examinations and Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) 2011 schedule has been published by Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations(CISCE) on its official website. As per the notification, the exams will be conducted by CISCE from February 14, 2011 to March 31, 2011.
The ICSE exam will began from February 28, 2011 and conclude on March 26, 2011, while the ISC exams will began from February, 14, 2011 and conclude on March 31, 2011.
As per the notification, nn addition to the time indicated on the timetable for writing the paper, 15 minutes time is given for reading the question paper.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations(abbreviated CISCE) is a private, non-governmental board ofschool education in India. It conducts two examinations in India: the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and the Indian School Certificate (ISC).
The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) Examinationis a K-10 public board examination for students in India who have just completed Class X (equivalent to the first two years of the 4 year High School programme). Seven subjects are to be taken by the candidates, of which four are compulsory and three have a choice of subjects.
Similarly, the Indian School Certificate (ISC) Examination is a K-12 public board examination for those completing Class XII (equivalent to the end of the 4 year High School programme). Candidates must have English and Environmental Education as two of their subjects, and then may choose either three, four or five more subjects to give exams for.
